The Körös-Maros Biofarm is the largest organic milk producing economy in Hungary and in Eastern Europe. We produce 7 million liters of organic milk per year. In addition to animal husbandry, we also deal with the cultivation of organic grain, with special attention being paid to Martorvásár's ground beet and spelled wheat varieties. Thanks to an EU research and development project, we have recently launched the first Hungarian organic beer, Alakor, and its essence, Alakor Bio Beer Spirits, which are unique, high quality products in the world.
