👎 The carrier accepted a quote. We further discussed the details over the phone and reached an agreement. After that, the carrier has not responded to my emails, does not answer calls, only promises to call back, and then just ignores my calls. Such uncertainty makes it impossible for us to organize an international shipment, as the carrier is completely unreliable. We lost an entire day... and now we have to start searching again. Thank you!
