All prices are in EUR. Renewable packages can only be purchased with a Barion bank card, while fixed packages can be purchased with Barion or by proforma invoice. The proforma invoice can also be paid in HUF.

ℹ️ Brief overview of the renewable subscription

👉 Free services

The Freight Exchange is completely free for shippers. As a carrier, you can also access and try out numerous useful services for free:

  • With the FREE and CLASSIC packages, freight rate offers can be sent after Identity Check and active push subscription.
  • In the CLASSIC package, the Identity Check is free; in the FREE package, it costs 3 EUR.
  • For FULL PRO packages, Identity Check and push are not prerequisites for submitting a bid.
  • Those who do not meet the criteria for FREE or CLASSIC conditions must switch to the FULL PRO package to send offers.
  • Direct contact with shippers is only available through a subscription.

👉 Automatically renewable subscription

The renewal fees for the packages are charged to the same credit card at the end of the selected monthly or yearly period. Fixed packages do not renew automatically.

👉 No loyalty period

  • No need to commit for a long period.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time you wish.

👉 How can you manage the subscription?

  • update your credit card information
  • set another payment method

👉 What happens if you cancel?

  • If you cancel, we will not deduct any money from the next billing period.
  • Until the end of the paid period, your subscription remains active, so you won't lose anything.
  • You can restart it at any time later if you wish.

👉 What happens if you do not cancel on time?

If you do not cancel the renewable package before the monthly or yearly billing cycle, the system will deduct the fee for the upcoming period, and the subscription will remain active until the next cycle.

⚠️ Important information about cancellations

  • The renewable subscription can be canceled at any time, but the cancellation will only take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • If the payment cycle has already closed and the bank card has been charged, the paid amount is non-refundable, but the subscription will remain active until its expiration date.
  • Our services are exclusively available to business clients (companies, self-employed individuals), thus the right of withdrawal from consumer contracts does not apply to them.

👥 1 subscription – up to 3 company users

The subscription can be used not only by one person: in addition to the main user, you can add 2 more colleagues, so a total of 3 accounts can access all the features of the subscription simultaneously.

  • Ideal for smaller freight carriers with multiple dispatchers working simultaneously.
  • No separate subscription purchase is required for each colleague.
  • Manage and invite team members from the dashboard under the Team menu.

💳 Credit card payment via the Barion system

Online card payments and other payment methods are processed through the Barion system. Card and other payment-related data are not transmitted to the merchant.

The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, with license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

Barion is a secure and convenient online payment service that enables shippers and freight carriers to pay with a bank card or Barion balance. The Barion system is supervised by the National Bank of Hungary and complies with the highest security standards.

During the payment process, customer data is transmitted securely through encryption, ensuring transaction safety. With Barion, you can pay quickly and easily without the need for additional registration.

The invoice issued for the service fees charged on the portal contains 0% VAT due to "exemption from VAT."
