👎 Very negative experience with this freight forwarding company.

I arranged a fixed time window cargo pickup (2026.03.06. 09:00–13:00), which was critical, as missing it would have serious financial consequences.
The pickup did not occur within this timeframe. Later, they claimed they couldn't find the address, but neither a phone call nor real-time coordination was made, which would be a basic expectation for such a narrow time slot.
They referred to "multiple attempts" afterward, but the timing of these attempts was unclear, and for contractual purposes, only the specified time window would have been relevant.
As a result of the failed service, the appointment was canceled, and I suffered a financial loss of €692.
My compensation request was rejected.
