2023 Mercedes Sprinter with a total weight of 3.5 tons equipped with a tachograph, when am I required to use it? According to the law, by June 1, 2026, every van operator whose unladen weight exceeds 2.5 tons must use a tachograph! However, since it is factory-installed, am I obligated to use it from now on or only from July 1, 2026?
