The same gentleman answered the call, and he regretfully explained that submitting a quote does not mean they will actually provide the service if I accept it. They wait to organize multiple shipments on the same route, and if that doesn't happen, they won't come.\n\nIt was a disappointing experience for me; today every business owner complains that it's hard to make a living here... But with this attitude? You can't make a living anywhere with that. Fortunately, the market functions, so about five minutes after yesterday's disappointment, I found another carrier who will deliver our furniture tomorrow at 13:00, with a similar cost.
