👎 I ordered furniture from IKEA, which was supposed to be delivered about two months ago. However, it was not delivered on the scheduled date, and I was not notified about the delay. Now, they are playing the same game with me — this is the third time they have failed to deliver, and once again I was not informed in advance. Frustrating, and I will never use their services again!!!!! Not from IKEA either! Unreliable, inaccurate, I do not recommend to anyone.

👎 I ordered wardrobes from Ikea and the courier was Cargoe GmbH & Co KG Mof. On January 26, 2022, I requested delivery between 11:00 and 15:00. (Previously, Ikea deliveries were always punctual and reliable and I don't remember which company handled those deliveries.) At 15:15, I called Ikea customer service to ask where the package was. They said they would check, and a few minutes later, the courier called to say they could arrive in 20 minutes. I informed him that I needed to go to the doctor at 15:45 but would be quick, and asked if there was another address in Szeged where they could deliver beforehand. He said yes. Within 5 minutes, Ikea called me to find a new delivery time because the courier indicated I had canceled. At 15:57, I called the courier—well, I tried, but they blocked my number. After some attempts, I called from my partner's phone, and after a few rings, they answered. I explained the issue; they claimed they didn't have any package bound for my address but would check because they were currently loading parcels and would call back. \n\nWithin 5 minutes, they called me back to say the package was available but was being delivered to a farm and got stuck, waiting for retrieval. They asked if they could still deliver the package around 6-7 p.m., and I said yes, since I planned to wait for it all day. At 19:00, I called the courier from my partner’s phone again—already blocked—and I tried a third number, which just rang without answer after a few rings.\n\nCurrently, the situation stands as follows: Ikea has scheduled the delivery for next Wednesday, as it can't fit into the Friday route. Today, I successfully reached the courier company by phone. The customer service representative was very kind but could not speak with Ikea customers. I asked where I could file a complaint about the courier. I didn't request a simple 3-5 business day delivery but a scheduled delivery service within a specified time window, which they did not fulfill, and they treated me like an idiot.\n\nI received no answer regarding why the courier behaved this way and whether they were truly stuck.
